Teen Compliance Board

Service Description

Youth who receive Pre-Arrest Diversion Citation from law enforcement are able to avoid prosecution by successfully completing Teen Compliance Board (Peer Panel). Youth appear before a panel of their peers. Youth are able to tell the reason they were sent to the Teen Compliance Board. The youth are given sanctions to complete such as community services, essays, apology letters, attend classes with THRIVE. Classes include Life Skills, anger management, bullying, marijuana and vaping classes, alcohol literacy and more.
